GILAS RIVER, Fla.
— — Gila river casinos in Florida are reopening for business and will reopen for regular business Thursday.
Gila River casino announced Thursday that it will be open for regular operating hours starting at 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., while the Foxwoods Resort & Casino in Las Vegas will reopen at 11:59 p.p.m..
Gila Rivers Casino spokesman Michael Zadrozny said the casino will operate through Thursday morning.
Gilas River Casino spokeswoman Angela McDaniel said Thursday that the casino is closed to the public and has no plans to reopen.
The Gila Islands casino is open to the general public, but closed to gaming and credit card purchases on Jan. 16, according to a statement from the resort.
The Foxwoods casino is not open to gambling, McDaniel wrote in the statement.
The Fox Woods Casino is the first of a number of properties owned by MGM Resorts International that are slated to reopen on Thursday.
